Repair Process / Terms and Conditions

Once this form has been processed, our factory will contact you to arrange a date and time that is suitable, depending on the current workload. Please be aware that call-outs will only be available from 9am till 5pm Monday – Friday.

If the item(s) are NOT covered under Guarantee, then a Quotation will be sent or a call-out fee of £60 will be charged. (Payable in advance) After the first hour it will then cost £30 per hour + cost of any materials required.
